*  Whereas Arab Knesset members Azmi Bishara and Hashem Mahameed are prima facie guilty of sedition by praising Hizbullah and by openly inciting Israel ’s Arab citizens to violence against the State of  Israel;

* Whereas such incitement also violates Part II, section 11(a)3 of the Citizenship Law, which empowers the Minister of Interior to revoke the citizenship of any Israel national who “has committed an act of disloyalty to the State”;

*  Whereas the above Arab Knesset members have also violated Basic Law: The Knesset, which prohibits any party that negates the Jewish character of the State of Israel;

We therefore demand that Ariel Sharon, Avigdor Lieberman, Rehavam Ze’evi, and other patriotic MKs fulfill their solemn oath to uphold the laws of the State of Israel by insisting that Attorney-General Elyakim Rubenstein indict the two mentioned Arab MKs for their seditious activities.  Failure to indict such disloyal Arab Knesset members will encourage further acts of sedition and result in the murder of more Jewish men, women, and children.

We call upon Jews to distribute copies of this ad, and to sign and send them to Yamin Israel, which will present this petition to the Knesset. At stake are the lives of our loved ones and Israel’s survival as a Jewish state.
