Dear Mr. Obama,

A Palestinian state - a morning's jog away from Tel-Aviv, Jerusalem and Ben-Gurion airport - is not a solution.
It is a problem.

The Arabs have many states and do not need another. We have only ONE state. It must not be endangered.
A Palestinian state was created once, in the past, and still exists -- - in Jordan. But peace did not come.
This was - and is - because of the Arabs ' negative and anti-Semitic attitude to the tiny Jewish state.

Finally, may we respectfully add it is hard for us ordinary Israelis to identify with you personally, when we see that the humanitarian problem of Jonathan Pollard is not solved and when we see our Knesset and our students (from Ariel) boycotted.

Dear Mr. Obama, Welcome to Israel!

I am upset by your decision not to address our Knesset in Jerusalem and to exclude our students from Ariel University.

Another worry is the continued incarceration of the ailing former Israeli agent, Jonathan Pollard: His long imprisonment is disproportional compared to agents from other countries. The Jewish Festival of Freedom is around the corner; that would be such a moving release-date.

As an Israeli, may I share with you a major policy concern: A Palestinian state is un-necessary for the Arabs, who have over 20 states already -- including a full-fledged Palestinian state, 3 times the size of Israel (Jordan). But any Palestinian state would endanger the ONLY Jewish state in the world -- Israel. So, the UN's decision to recognize a Palestinian state must be retracted! In the past, when America, which funds the UN, took a firm position, anti-Israel UN resolutions (for example: "Zionism is racism") have been retracted. Can you make this happen again, today and now?
