In spite of feeling numb with pain, we must at least try to take some action. -NOW is the time to have the Wakf removed from the Temple Mount!

It is virtually impossible that the suicide bombers (from eastern Jeruslaem) in the Ben-Yehuda mall were not part of the 160,000 Muslims who were incited to kill Jews and Americans in last Friday's Ramadan prayers.

Removing the Wakf is something that would actually have an effect. Bombing empty buildings, even capturing or killing a few terrorists, has proven totally useless. But when the Orient house was taken over, there was a serious lull in attacks, and the terrorist leadership was frightened.

The Arabs of the land of Israel have to pay a price, and their lives and buildings do not mean anything to them. Their presence on Har HaBayit, on the other hand, is very important to them.

It goes without saying that NO Moslems should be allowed on the Temple Mount for next Friday's Ramadan prayers.

Finally, the MOST effective weapon we have is the most just one: establishment of additional "settlements", and enlarging existing ones. Unlike most Jews, most of the local Arabs hold the land of Israel more important to them than their lives, and their families. Our eternal connection to the land, in contrast to their recent attempt to usurp it, gives us both moral and legal justification for claiming our ancestral home. If the result of killing (or attempting to kill) Jews was the building of Jewish homes on land previously designated "A", there would be intense internal pressure to stop the attacks.
